- – all sorceresses (Exodus 22:18)
- – all false prophets (Zechariah 13:3; Leviticus 20:27)
- – all sinners (Ezekiel 18:4)
- – all the curious (1 Samuel 6:19-20)
- – all non-Hebrews and their livestock (Deuteronomy 20:16-17) – all uncircumcised (Genesis 17:14)
- – sons of sinners (Isaiah 14:21)
- – all unbelievers (2 Chronicles 15:12-13)
- – anyone who curses God (Leviticus 24:16)
- – any child who strikes their parents (Exodus 21:15)
- – children who disobey their parents (Deuteronomy 21:20)
- – all who curse their father or mother (Leviticus 20:9)

- In the New Testament, the death penalty is demanded for insolent boys, illegitimate children, and homosexuals.
